Many people think automation cuts costs. But does it?
In a marketing agency, salaries are usually the biggest expense. Automation can reduce the time employees spend on tasks, yet if the team size stays the same, so do the costs.
Unless you plan to fire people—which I’m not suggesting—automation won’t lower your expenses. Some could even argue the costs will increase as the implementation isn’t free.
But while automation won’t cut your costs, it will free up your team’s time.
And that can help you increase client retention, employee satisfaction, and, ultimately, revenue.
